Most stress free sale I have experienced to date. Lucy is a very warm and kind person that I trusted immediately. She was not pushy or had any corny sales lines, just an honest person with all parties best intentions. This is the best experience I have had with a real estate on any level. 10/10 experience . Lucy was an absolute joy to work with throughout the entire purchasing process. Lucy was professional, approachable and personable. I would highly recommend Lucy for anyone thinking of selling their home. She was always on time and answered all of our questions along the way. She was respectful of both the owners and us as the buyers, she knew the expectations of the owners and ensured that our budget was within these expectations, so not to waste anyone's time. Honest, Facilitated Renovations, Best Imaginable Sale Price. Simon Bridgen, was recommended to us by a respected Buyer's Agent. From first contact, we felt we were in honest & capable hands. Simon's friendly professionalism and sales experience shone through. Ours was a complicated sale process; accommodating an exiting long-term tenant, and needing to renovate prior to sale. Simon facilitated; painters, plumbers, handymen, & electricians. Simon is experienced, communicative, very hard-working and brilliant at achieving the best imaginable sale price!

A smooth and seamless sale. From the first time we spoke to Nathan on the phone, we felt a sense of comfort, confidence and calm. We were Melbourne based sellers trying to sell our property in Brisbane. The property was sold within a week of hitting the market. All through from start to finish Nathan was great with communication making sure we were fully aware of the details of the sale process. This was something of importance as we were not Brisbane based and needed ‘eyes on the ground’. He was very professional & efficient . We would not hesitate to recommend.
